Gift wrapping and packaging.
- all baubles are shipped in a kraft small box.
- if you choose the gift wrapping, we will wrap this box in a beautiful paper with seasonal motifs + cotton ribbon. ( photo attached)
Shipping
- because of the big demand, the baubles will take about 3-4 days to be shipped from our workshop.
- I am trying to pack them securely so they can not brake during shipping. BUT, if this happens, please let us know as soon you receive the package. We will send you another one.

We do not accept returns for any of our CUSTOM MADE products. These products, customized especially for you, with your logo or your initials cannot be resold afterwards.
We do accept returns for our NON-CUSTOMISED products. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. For any return, the shipping cost is covered by the customer and we will not refund any shipping costs.
