- once you pay, send us your name list, with all accents, exactly how you want them to appear on the tile.THE NAME LIST is very important, and I know that you have the final list very close to the event so PLEASE, take yourself enough time to get these place cards. At least 3-4 weeks, in case your package get lost or late delivery.

We do not accept returns for any of our CUSTOM MADE products. These products, customized especially for you, with your logo or your initials cannot be resold afterwards.
We do accept returns for our NON-CUSTOMISED products. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. For any return, the shipping cost is covered by the customer and we will not refund any shipping costs.
